Our event capabilities cover all needs you can dream of when it comes to inviting VTubers into your event. From meet and greets and panels to live motion capture and hologram concerts, VTuber Research Club is your single source for your VTuber technology requirements.

Unlike the typical A/V equipment rental companies, our rentals are a fully staffed packaged deal. For all types of convention, pop up, concert or other styles of VTuber IRL or remote programming content we offer turnkey packages.

We are multiple-time event founders with cross departmental experience in all facets of small (gatherings, meetups, conventions <5,000) to large (conferences, expos, festivals, night / day markets 10,00+) celebrations of multi fandom culture.
